Sounding the Deep brings together education, the arts and the business community. We are therefore very pleased to have attracted a range of high-profile support in all of these areas.
Initial arts funding from the St Hugh’s Foundation enabled us to forge ahead with this wonderful project in the autumn of 2010.
More recently, BP Chemicals at Saltend have become sponsors of Sounding the Deep and their generous support will help us fulfil the important community outreach elements of the project.
Our educational partners are key to the success of Sounding the Deep and to date we have support and contribution from the music services of Hull City Council, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Lincolnshire Council, the University of Hull and Hull College.
